What to know…..
For those paying with a credit card, memberships start “today” and renew every 30 days.
For those wanting us to direct bill OPWDD, memeberships may be pro-rated for the first partial month and then are renewed on the first of each month.

If you haven’t already, sign our Participant Waiver and save time when you arrive. Waiver stays on file for both the Sensory Gym & Community Space activities.
The Sensory Gym is not a drop off program. A parent/guardian or other designated person must accompany the guest at all times.
No-skid socks need to be worn in the sensory gym. Please bring your own or BOTS-branded socks are available for purchase.
